A proposal only happens once and it is over in about ninety seconds, so the whole job is being in the right place before it starts. We work out the timing, where you will be standing, and where I can shoot from without giving it away — then you get to forget I am there.
Afterwards we take twenty or thirty minutes for a couples session nearby, which is usually when the best frames happen. I photograph proposals around Bakersfield, Kern County, and throughout the Los Angeles metro.
